As per recent communication from the PNG government, schools have been asked to end Term 1 early. AISPNG supports all efforts to mitigate COVID-19 risk and will indeed now end Term 1 early; as per the 23rd of March.

1 NOV - Digicel stars
Digicel Stars will be visiting Goroka tomorrow. The judges + crew of this talent show are visiting the school tomorrow morning at 10:30am. AIS students in years 5-8 (ages 10-13) and staff have also been invited to be guests at the UOG auditorium for the televised auditions. If your children or parents would like to attend this event; from 2:00- 4:00pm on Saturday 2 Nov
Oct. school camp - cairns
Our travelers had an excellent time in Cairns and did not want to come back. The overseas school camp was a great success!

TRAINEE TEACHERS
Our school is a big supporter of teacher development. Like previous years we are offering a placement program to teachers-in-training from the University of Goroka. AISPNG will host, mentor and coach these trainees as per this week (7 May) till the end of the term.

INDEPENDENCE ASSEMBLEY
14 Sept 2017 - Our last assembly for the term will be on Thursday from 12:00- 01:00 pm. Students may leave for the holidays after the assembly. This assembly will be an Independence themed assembly and we would like for all students to dress up in their traditional attire. For our international community; students can come dressed up in something representing PNG or their own national attire.

2017 - As per the start of the 2017 academic year, AISPNG will offer boarding facilities for students in year 2 and above. There are limited spaces available so make your interest known soonest. th of December at the Mark Solon Auditorium ofthe University of Goroka (UOG). Our theme for the show is "70s-80s Night". Tickets can be bought from the students or at the School.

Mapai Transport
17 August 2016 - The year 1 & 2's had a fantastic adventure last Wednesday. They got to visit the Mapai Transport yard and saw all the heavy equipment in action! The excursion was very well prepared and a massive thank you to Mr. Jacob Luke and Mr. Joe Stegman for hosting AISPNG. The students got an elaborate tour of the facilities. Apart from learning about Mapai Transport, we also learnt about the importance of occupational health and safety. Some photos of the trip are in our Gallery

27 May 2016 - AISPNG welcomes Senior Review Officers from EQI Gary Austen and Rob Van den Heuvel. They are visiting the school in the week of 30 May - 3 June. There will be a meet and greet on Wednesday evening from 6:30- 7:30pm at school.
